Training and Education Received by an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

An oral and maxillofacial surgeon is a dentist with special education and training to perform oral surgery and other procedures such as removing wisdom teeth and placing dental implants. Oral surgeons are trained to treat facial trauma and injury as well where reconstructive and corrective treatment is needed to restore oral function and improve a patient’s appearance. Our oral surgeons, Dr. Miller and Dr. Sethman are specialists with extensive experience. They are committed to providing excellent oral healthcare to patients throughout Stillwater and the surrounding communities.
